We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on CyberArk's Alero services. Maintenance will start on Sunday, May 3rd at 3:30am EST and will end 6:00am EST on the following services:
On-Prem Remote Access Service
Remote Access tenants using the Shared Services (Privilege Cloud) implementation and Secure Web Sessions tenants will not be impacted.
Estimated downtime during the maintenance period is 0-30 minutes.
