CyberArk has identified a performance degradation affecting the Secure Web Sessions (SWS) service on the US data center (.IO). Administrators and Auditors may temporarily see missing sessions in the SWS Portal, and in some cases, session creation may fail for SWS users.
There is no data loss as a result of this issue. Our teams are actively working to resolve it and appreciate your patience.
