The issue affecting CyberArk Mobile app push notifications is resolved. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
We have confirmed a workaround for the push notifications - affected users can go to the notification area of the mobile app and pull down to manually show the needed notification and perform user delegation as needed.
We are still working on releasing a fix to restore the push notification functionality and a further update will be posted soon.
CyberArk has identified a possible performance degradation and are working to resolve this.
We are currently experiencing issues with sending push notifications to the CyberArk mobile app. Due to this issue user delegation functionality is impacted.
