Aurora RDS version upgrade - Canada, Milan and London
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
Following AWS end of life announcement for Aurora RDS versions, CyberArk is required to upgrade component of the service backend infrastructure. The upgrade will induce a 20 minute shut down of the service, performed within the maintenance windows and in the dates as listed below.
30th of April - Canada, Milan and London regions 7th of May - Frankfurt and APJ (Singapore, Mumbai, Tokyo, Sydney) regions 14th of May - US region
Maintenance window times - For customers whose Privilege Cloud tenants is hosted in the Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (07:30am-10:00am GMT) For customers whose Privilege Cloud tenants is hosted in Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm GMT).
CyberArk is working with AWS to both extend the notice time prior to such announcements, and reduce impact on customers.
