The impacted services are recovering, and users are now able to log in to the Identity service without any issues.

Customers using the Identity Platform may experience issues during login or accessing the Identity Console via the SES (email) service.
We have identified the root cause as an ongoing issue with underlying AWS services. We are working with the vendor to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Users are advised to use alternative authentication methods, such as OTP or mobile authenticator apps.
