Please be advised that CyberArk Identity will be conducting scheduled system maintenance for Idaptive User Behavior Analytics (UBA) in (US WEST) region during the following period: Friday, February 25 between 17:00 PST to 19:00 PST.

This maintenance only applies to Customer tenants that subscribe or use Idaptive User Behavior Analytics for risk-based Adaptive MFA. This maintenance does not apply or affect Customer tenants that do not subscribe or use the Idaptive UBA service.

Admin Impact - User Behavior Analytics (UBA) portal will be unavailable for 4 hours:

During the maintenance window, CyberArk Identity Cloud tenant admins will be unable to access the Analytics portal for 4 hours. After the maintenance is complete, events created during the maintenance window will be backfilled to the portal and available within 1-2 hours to ensure consistent history.

User Impact - User MFA may fail if risk-level authentication rules do not allow another authentication profile to be used during the maintenance:

Customers that have configured Authentication Rules that enforce risk-level user conditions and do not allow another Authentication Profile for MFA (user condition not met set to "Not Allowed") could impact user authentication and login. Updating rule settings to allow for an alternate profile can prevent potential user login issues.
