A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Customers on pod1006 can access both the CyberArk Identity User Portal and Admin Portals now.

CyberArk Identity customers on pod1006 may experience issues with accessing both the CyberArk Identity User Portal and Admin Portals. Our teams are working quickly to resolve and will continue to provide more updates every 30 minutes or before until the issue is fully resolved.
