20.7 CyberArk-Idaptive Cloud Maintenance
CyberArk-Idaptive will not be performing scheduled maintenance as previously announced for Tuesday, January 19th, 2021. The previous schedule has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a future date.
In order to improve service delivery and reliability, CyberArk will be expanding its SMS delivery service for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in your pod on Tuesday, January 19th, 2021.
Customers should not experience any service disruptions during this update. Following the update, new telephone numbers may be displayed when receiving SMS messages for MFA.
