In order to improve service delivery and reliability, CyberArk will be expanding its SMS delivery service for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in your pod on Friday, January 8th, 2021 (Saturday, January 9th, 2021 AUS).
Customers should not experience any service disruptions during this update. Following the update, new telephone numbers may be displayed when receiving SMS messages for MFA.
