This incident has been resolved with a workaround. We will continue to work with our service provider for a permanent fix.

Our team has made a change that has mitigated this issue. SMS messages are now processing to customers in Brazil. We will continue to monitor the service and update again in 30 minutes.
Our provider for messaging is currently experiencing service degradation. As a result, our customers in Brazil may be experiencing SMS delivery delays or failure. Our teams are working quickly to resolve and will continue to provide more updates every 30 minutes or before until the issue is fully resolved.
