Incorrect Windows Agent Uploaded to Download Center

Earlier today, an incorrect agent version (25.11.1.2821) was uploaded to the Download Center. Once the issue was identified, we uploaded the correct version (25.11.0.2799).

The incorrect agent was uploaded at 6:40am EST and removed at 12:00pm EST.

We are aware that this version may have been downloaded or installed by customers, and therefore, in such cases we recommend replacing it as soon as possible with the correct version (25.11.0.2799).

Please note:

  • It is not possible to downgrade from version 25.11.1.2821 to 25.11.0.2799. An uninstall and reinstall is required.
  • If you are unable to uninstall and reinstall, please contact CyberArk Support for additional assistance.

If you downloaded (but have not yet installed) the incorrect version, please disregard it and download the updated, correct version.
