Service has been recovered for 30 minutes. We continue to monitor the service closely as functionality returns to normal.

Further analysis of the issue with our cloud we found that the services on the AU region continued to be accessible from within Australia and from some parts of the world and the accessabily issue may impact the access from the US and parts of the EU. Our cloud vendor is working to reroute the traffic through other internet vendors in order to fully resolve it. We will continue to post status updates. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.
