CyberArk Remote Access Emergency Maintenance December 11th 2021
We would like to inform you of emergency maintenance on CyberArk's Remote Access service. This is in order to patch a security concern that was discovered on some of our cloud servers.
Maintenance will start on Saturday, December 11 at 09:00 EST and will end at 11:30 EST on the following services:
• Authentication Service • Connector Service • Mobile Service • Web Portal • Traffic Managers
Estimated downtime during the maintenance period is 0-30 minutes, during which time users and vendors may not be able to access the Remote Access portal or applications within it.
