All impacted services have returned to normal operation following the earlier AWS outage in the us-east-1 region. At this time, SIA connections, user interfaces, APIs, and cross-region connectivity are fully functional.

Please note that service stability remains dependent on AWS infrastructure, which has not yet been officially declared fully resolved. We continue to monitor closely and will provide updates if any issues reoccur.

We are seeing full recovery across all impacted services following the widespread AWS outage in the us-east-1 region. At this time:

  1. SIA Connections (Database, RDP, SSH): All services have returned to normal operation.
  2. User Interface & API: Functionality has stabilized and is performing as expected.
  3. Cross-Region Connectivity: SSH and RDP sessions using AWS Attribute-based policies are operating normally.

Hi all, We are currently impacted by a widespread AWS outage in the us-east-1 region, which is affecting our Secure Infrastructure Access services. This is an AWS-originated issue impacting multiple organizations, including ours. Current Impact:

  • us-east-1 region – All SIA connection types (Database, RDP, SSH) are currently unavailable.
  • us-east-1 region – User Interface is experiencing disruptions.
  • Cross-region connectivity – For AWS Attribute based policies, SSH and RDP sessions to AWS instances located in us-east-1 are failing
