Version 14.0 release rollout timelines by region:
TEST
- December 10th, 2023 - TEST environments, all regions.
PRODUCTION
- December 17th, 2023 - EMEA, Canada, APJ, Israel.
- December 24th, 2023 - US - Environments with subdomains (subdomain.cyberark.cloud) starting with numbers 0 through 9 / letters A through G.
- December 31st, 2024 - US - Subdomains in H through R.
- January 7th, 2024 - US - Subdomains in S through Z.
Upgrade requires up to 10 minutes downtime, and is conducted within the maintenance windows:
- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-10:00am GMT)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm GTM).
