The issue was identified and the team is working on a fix
Service Notification: Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) Connection Service Outage
We are currently investigating an issue in authentication flow that is preventing users from establishing connections through SIA across all protocols and accessing the UI. Our engineering team is working to restore full service availability.
Impact: Users are unable to connect through SIA using any supported protocol.
Next update: 60 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.
