Scheduled Maintenance Notification – June 29th (Americas and EMEA Regions)

As part of our regular maintenance, we’ll be performing scheduled service work on Sunday, June 29, from 07:30 to 08:30 UTC. This will take place during our standard maintenance window. During this window, some SIA ZSP functionality may be temporarily unavailable for approximately one hour. The exact timing of this brief downtime will occur sometime within the 07:30–08:30 UTC range.

Impacted use cases include:

• Initiating new Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) access sessions via SIA-RDP (including JIT Permission), SSH, and DB
• SIA-RDP with JIT Elevation flow will also be impacted
• SIA-DB Resource Management UI
• SIA Policies UI and Public API, including:
  • Infrastructure Policies in the Admin Portal
  • SIA RDP and SSH Policies

The following flows will remain fully operational:

• Existing live ZSP or vaulted access sessions via SIA-RDP, SSH, and DB
• Access via Vaulted Connections for RDP, SSH and DB
• Many other non-SIA and SIA-related services
