We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on CyberArk's Remote Access service. Maintenance will start on Sunday, November 26th at 3:30am EST and will end 6:00am EST on the following services:
• Authentication Service • Connector Service • Mobile Service • Web Portal
This maintenance will only take place on UK, Australia, Singapore, India data centers. Any other data centers will not be impacted.
Estimated downtime during the maintenance period is 0-30 minutes, during which time users and vendors may not be able to access the Remote Access portal or applications within it.
