CyberArk Alero Services Maintenance - CyberArk Alero Emergency Maintenance Notification [EU, IO Data Centers] - December 8th 2024 (Remote Access, Secure Web Sessions, Secure Browser)

We would like to inform you of emergency maintenance on CyberArk's Alero SaaS services on December 8th, 2024. The maintenance is relevant to Remote Access, Secure Web Sessions and CyberArk Secure Browser services in the EU and IO data centers.

Due to an issue that emerged during today's scheduled maintenance, we are initiating emergency maintenance to rectify the problem. Please be informed of the following details regarding the upcoming maintenance activities:

• EU Data Center: Scheduled for 7:00 AM EST • IO Data Center: Scheduled for 7:30 AM EST

We anticipate a possible downtime of up to 5 minutes for each data center. During this brief period, services may be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve the issue promptly.
