Affected customers have reported that SMS messages are now processing as expected. Our team will continue to monitor processing of SMS messages. This issue is considered resolved at this time. If you experience widespread SMS delivery failure, please contact CyberArk-Idaptive technical support.

Customers using Verizon Wireless as a carrier have reported intermittent SMS delivery failure when used for MFA. As a result, our customers in the [US] may be experiencing SMS delivery delays or failure. This appears to be a carrier issue and is being investigated at this time. We suggest to use an alternative MFA factor such as Phone Call to satisfy MFA authentication for affected customers.
