Email Service Provider has identified the underlying cause and is currently applying a mitigation, and we are seeing initial signs of recovery.
We have identified a broader global disruption affecting Microsoft email services, which may be contributing to the MFA email delivery issues currently being experienced by some customers.
We are continuing to work with our Email Service Provider and closely monitoring the Microsoft service status. Customers using Email as their MFA mechanism may continue to experience delays or failures in receiving MFA emails.

We have raised a case with our Email Service Provider and are working with them.
Our email provider is currently experiencing partial service degradation. As a result, few customers having Email as an MFA mechanism may experience delay or failure.
Other authentication mechanisms (OTP, mobile auth, QR code, etc) have not been identified as degraded and should continue to function per normal operation.
