We will continue to monitor in the next hours, and update.

Updated

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an intermittent issue affecting the Single Sign‑On (SSO) service used by SIA affecting RDP, SSH and DB. While some SSO attempts may succeed, others are failing unexpectedly.

If you encounter an SSO failure, you can still establish a connection by performing a full authentication (manual login). Our engineering team is working to stabilize the service and restore consistent SSO functionality.

Impact: Users may experience sporadic failures when authenticating through Single Sign‑On. Full authentication remains available as a reliable workaround.

Next update: 60 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.
