Privilege Cloud - Scheduled Maintenance for Version 15.0 Upgrade - US+EMEA - August 23 Update

Version 15.0 release rollout timelines by region:

TEST

• August 23 - all regions

UPDATE: During pre-release testing for Version 15.0, we identified a bug and are incorporating a fix to uphold our commitment to software quality. To ensure a seamless experience, we are taking a few extra days to finalize and validate the PVWA update for TEST environments beyond the standard 24-hour post-maintenance window. We will share a follow-up notification with an updated version rollout date. No additional downtime is needed. The production rollout timeline remains unchanged and on schedule.

PRODUCTION

• September 6 - EMEA, IL, BRA
• September 27 - APJ, US Subdomains 0 through 9 and A through K
• October 4 - US Subdomains L through Z, CA

The new version will become available up to 24 hours following the maintenance window. Upgrade requires up to 10 minutes downtime, and is conducted within the maintenance windows:

• Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (07:30am-10:00am UTC)
• Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm UTC).
