Secure Access Space service disruption

During the mentioned period of time (6 April 2026 05:00 -06:44 UTC), The Secure Access Space was not available, and affected customers were not able to access this space, including secure cloud access page. Once the problem was detected, a rollback was done in order for the service to return to normal and allow customers to resume work.
