Privilege Cloud - Login issues from Hongkong to Identity-Security-Platform customers
This incident is now resolved. All services are now functioning per normal service operations.
A fix has been implemented. We continue to monitor the service closely as functionality returns to normal.

CyberArk has identified a possible issue that might impact login functionality when using Hong Kong CloudFront edge location. We are working to resolve.

The issue has been pinpointed to access from Hong Kong edge location. We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue, meanwhile we recommend using a different edge location.
CyberArk is investigating a possible issue that might impact Privilege Cloud access following login.
