Privilege Cloud - Scheduled Maintenance for RDS Upgrade
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.
We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.
In order to maintain supportability of the service backend, Privilege Cloud database is scheduled for an upgrade, which will require downtime of the service for 5 minutes.
The upgrade will be conducted by regions within the maintenance window as detailed below:
- July 7th - Milan, Canada
- July 14th - London, Frankfurt (note - Frankfurt maintenance will be conducted at 0500-0600AM GMT). Tokyo, India, Singapore, Sydney, Jakarta.
- July 21th - US
Maintenance window times -
- Americas and EMEA, Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (08:30am-10:00am GMT)
- Asia-Pacific & Japan, Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm GMT).
