Infrastructure change in Privilege Cloud backend
The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

Privilege Cloud service will deploy a change in the service domain hosting and DNS resolver in order to support upcoming new services and products.
Date - July 2nd, 2023 Time - 07:30am-10:00am GMT (within the maintenance window) Across all production regions
Possible customer impact - Customers are not required to perform any action to prepare for this change or once it's completed as we are working to make this change transparent. However, some Identity Security Platform Privilege Cloud customers might experience 0-10 minutes of possible connectivity issues during this deployment.
In case of connectivity issues - We expect DNS records to refresh and access to be renewed within minutes. If issues persist, refresh browser, delete cookies, clear cache, and sign in again after a few minutes. Our team is on alert to monitor this change, and will be handling issues if required.
