Sundays 3:30am-06:00am EST (07:30am-10:00am GMT), or for Customers whose Privilege Cloud tenant is hosted on a data centers located in the Asia-Pacific & Japan region, from Sunday 10:00pm to Monday 12:30am SGT (02:00pm-04:30pm GTM).
Version upgrades per environments are conducted once a quarter, and require up to 10 minutes downtime.
