Our messaging provider has confirmed that full Service availability has been restored and any queued messages have been delivered. This incident is now mitigated.
Our provider has identified the source of the issue which has been affecting our services and is working toward recovering all remaining email delays. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or sooner as they become available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience.
Our provider for messaging is currently experiencing service degradation. As a result, some of our customers may be experiencing delays in receiving emails for: MFA emails, user invitations, device enrollment invitations and provisioning reports. Currently these emails may be delayed for 15 minutes or more. Please note that no emails are lost as a result of this technical issue -- only delayed in being sent to recipients. We will continue to monitor this situation and provide more updates when available.
