20.3 CyberArk-Idaptive Cloud Service Hotfix

CyberArk-Idaptive will update all cloud tenants to use a preferred tenant URL suffix of "idaptive.app" on Friday, August 28th at 5:00p PDT. Tenants will continue to retain all DNS redirects for "centrify.com" URLs until December 15th, 2020.

During the change, tenants using a default URL of "company.my.centify.com" will be automatically updated to "company.my.idaptive.app". The tenant URL suffix will change but customers can continue to use the same company or custom URL prefix already configured within the Admin Portal settings. Changes to the preferred URL will not impact tenant functions, applications (including Office 365), or custom company URLs. Customer tenants that already use a preferred URL suffix of "idaptive.app" will not experience any changes.

Apps and users that continue to authenticate to "centrify.com" will automatically redirect to the "idaptive.app" URL until December 15th, 2020. The change should be seamless but end-users will see the new URL in the browser address bar after login. It is recommended to communicate this change to end-users before the scheduled maintenance.
